Banky W has headed to Cape Town, South Africa with his bride as they begin preparation for the solemnization of their union in a church.
The singer, who recently recuperated from skin cancer, made this known on his way to South Africa aboard a flight with his bride.
The pair’s announcement is coming after a much and widely attended traditional wedding that held on Sunday, November 19, 2019.
The singer made the announcement via his Instagram account on Monday, November 20, 2017, when he posts a picture of himself and Adesua, who he fondly refers to as Susu in an airplane and captions it with the following words:
“Thank you soooo much to all our friends, family and well wishers worldwide.
“Yesterday was amaaaazing and so much fun my GASH. Now off to Cape town for the finale of our celebration. Love you guyssss.”
Banky W, Adesua Etomi and their society wedding have been in the news for the best of the past few weeks.
First, Banky announced his successful cancer surgery days before the traditional wedding was to hold, and we wondered what the implication of that would be on the ceremony.
On Sunday, November 19, 2017, the couple’s numerous friends and family gathered to celebrate and almost broke the Internet with the excitement pouring out from the party.
That was followed by a low-key ceremony on the day after that as the couple tied the knot privately in court.
Now the groom has announced that there’s one more wedding party to crown the two previous wedding parties.
While the exact date remains unknown, it’d appear, from that airplane picture posted Banky’s Instagram, that the adorable pair are already South-Africa bound for the ceremony.
